Best Budget Smartwatch in 2021
Best Budget Smartwatch in 2021
There was never a better option if you’re searching for a Budget Solar Powered Smartwatch for less than $200/£200. There are also smartwatches for the first time for Sub-$100/ £100 that stand up as great smartwatches.
Amazfit and Xiaomi like to make truly powerful low price intelligent watch machines and Apple has forced to react by cutting back on the price of its 3-series Apple Watch.
Amazfit GTS 2 Mini
Another Amazfit budget — the GTS2 Mini is $79.99, between the Bip U budget and the GTS2/GTR 2.
Then the Bip U and GTS 2 Mini, what is the difference? Not as much as you would have thought. The construction of the GTS 2 Mini is a bit more elegant and over the Bip U you get a better AMOLED screen. The case stuff is better and smaller. It’s just $20 more and we think that it’s worth a bit more.
Music storage, the speaker and voice assistance are the only major compromise over the GTS fighter. And we were not wowed at all with all these things on the GTS.
Design
- Smaller 1.55-inch 354 x 306 AMOLED screen
- 450nit display
- 40mm case size
- 9.7mm thickness
Features
- GPS
- Sports modes
- Notifications
Health and fitness
- Continuous heart rate
- SpO2
- Menstrual cycle tracking
- Heart rate warnings
- Sleep quality monitoring
- PAI
- Stress
The GTS 2 Mini has a 40mm casing and reduces to 1.55" over 42mm on the whole GTS 2. In addition, the resolution is decreased to 306 x 354 pixels and at 450 nits. It’s only 20g and you still get the GPS, SpO2, the heart rate sensor BioTracker 2.0 and the battery life 14 days.
There are now totally great choices in the cheap smartwatch market. The GTS Mini is not the cheapest at $99.99. It has an AMOLED and GPS full display and maybe the best place.
You may also view the Amazfit GTS 2e, which doubles battery life and maintains the bigger GTS 2 screen.
TicWatch GTH
The TicWatch GTH is the second cheap wristwatch of Mobvoi to again switch the wear OS of Google for its own software to help keep it running for one or two days.
It is part of the TicWatch GTX, which it started in late 2020 and which didn’t impress us exactly when the Amazfit smartwatches legion from Huami offers so much at a low cost end to the wristwatch market.
The £69.99 pricing is based on the GTX costs and places the Amazfit GTS 2 Mini, Amazfit Bip U Pro and Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite into and among the smarts.

Jump inside the TicHealth app and you’ll find applications such as TicPulse, TicTemp to control the skin temperature and TicOxygen to test oxygen levels in your blood.
There were very major advancements on high end smartwatches with health monitoring, but can a watch like the GTH do the same for budget reloads? We lived with her to learn.
This is our complete TicWatch GTH verdict.
Realme Watch
The Realme Watch is for those who don’t really want to spend a lot of money on an intelligent watch. At £50, it’s far less expensive than an earlier Apple Watch Series 3 or a galaxy watch from Samsung.
The Chinese technology giant Oppo spinoff brand demonstrates that inexpensive isn’t necessarily terrible — however it’s crucial to highlight that watch works with Android alone.
Features:
- Works with Android phones only
- 1.4-inch, 320 x 320 touchscreen display
- Heart rate monitor
- SpO2 sensor
- Connected GPS
- View phone notifications
- 7–9 days battery life
Design:
Do you get a look nice watch for £50? Oh, sort of. While it is not made of high-quality materials, it does a fair job of appearing reasonably intelligent on your handle.
What you receive is a curved-edged square clock, manufactured in black with a plastic body.
This is coupled with a 20mm detachable strap. At only 31 g and 11.8 mm thick, it’s incredibly light, not as slim as an Apple Watch.
We advise that wear virtually 24/7 since it is not suited to spring into the shower with the water resistance grade. The Realme Watch is ranked IP68 so that your hands may be washed. We jumped into the shower once unintentionally and drove the screen into a frenzy. She survived, but she certainly didn’t.
Health and Fitness:
- The step counter displays your step count, calories burned and hours in a simple, easy t0 digest format
- Continuous heart rate tracking and blood-oxygen monitoring
- It packs more workout modes than the company’s fitness tracker, the Realme Band
